Company research and innovation activities are focused in particular on two fronts:

• Sustainable urban design and architectural and Energy Saving; Restyling and Greater energy efficiency of existing properties;
• Innovative technical-construction solutions for jobs on existing buildings, such as:
  
  
• structural reinforcement with fibre-reinforced materials (fabrics with carbon fibres, steel, glass, etc.);
  
  
• pre-assembled anti-seismic construction technologies and with a high degree of thermal insulation (polystyrene-mixed concrete slabs, concrete-steel, etc.).
